The BCBA is your clinical supervisor who:
- Conducts the initial assessment in your home
- Gets to know you and your child very well and writes an individualized behavior plan
- Recommends the type and number of therapy hours needed and oversees your child's ABA therapist
- Provides parent training so skills generalize to daily life
- Re-assesses progress and updates the plan every six months
ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
The ABA therapist is your hands-on partner who:
- Provides ABA therapy in a caring, compassionate manner
- Works flexibly to fit the family's schedule
- Implements the individualized behavior plan
- Uploads session notes and progress notes to an online portal so parents can track progress
